Transitional Housing for Veterans
Long-term, structured environment designed to meet the unique needs of homeless veterans (90 beds)
We provide a stable environment and help them move into independent housing through our supporting services. Services include: case management, life skills training and referrals to community resources. We also offer mental health treatment programs. Cutting-edge techniques proven effective for this unique population such as intensive case management, clinical treatment and peer support, result in the successful integration of these homeless veterans into the community.
